How safe is a 3D Ultrasound?
Ultrasound has been a routine practice in prenatal care throughout the US for over 35
years, and has been shown to cause no harm to mother or child. However, it is not used
for diagnostic purposes and before you may schedule an ultrasound you must have a
diagnostic study at your doctor's office.
When is the best time to have a 3D Ultrasound?
Any time between the 18th and 34th week of pregnancy.
How much does the procedure cost, and will my insurance cover it?
Unfortunately, because this is an elective procedure it is not covered under any type of
insurance plan. If is a flat fee of $300. We will be happy to work out a payment plan.
This price does include several visits and all pictures on a CD.
Will I be able to tell the sex of the baby?
Yes (if desired.) In most cases we can provide as indication of the sex of the baby.
Certain factors such as body tissue content, developmental stage and fetal position all
effect the ability to determine sex.
Can I bring my friends and family to my appointment?
Yes we encourage friends and family to attend your session.

We offer very flexible hours for this exam, so feel free to give us a call to set up your
appointment today! Contact any of our tech's  at 870-233-2206.
